  1. Are you collecting it from farmers directly?

    Yes we are. Currently its only farmers from Idukki District, Kerala, India, but as the demand goes higher we will find more locations where we can help them.

  2. Do you add preservatives?

    No we do not. We do not stock a lot of spices, but we collect from farmers as per the demand every 2 months’ time.

  3. Does the spice remain good for a long time?

    Yes, they will for a reasonable amount of time. Because they are dried/processed (naturally).

  4. Is there any minimum order value for delivery?

    Not as such, you can order from a minimum of 100 grams.

  5. What is Spicesfarm's delivery process?

    Once order is placed online, after confirming with the payment, we will start the delivery process and you will receive the order through courier to your given address

  6. What if I’m not home to receive the order?

    Once the order is dispatched, a notification will be send to your registered email address. The courier service will be contacting you on your given number if you are not available at the address.  The order delivery will accordingly be rescheduled after getting a confirmation from your end.

  7. Is order cancellation possible?

     Yes, cancellation is possible before its dispatched. 

  8. What are the payment methods?

     Currently we offer online payment via PayU Money.

  9. Can I use your site as a guest or is it necessary to sign up as a user?

     You can use the website as a guest or a registered user.

  10. Is cash-on-delivery possible?

     Not at this point of time.

  11. When and how will I get my refund in case of cancellation or product return?

     You will get the refund withing 14 days in your bank account.

  12. What is the time limit that I have to let you know that I need a cancellation or return?

     You need to inform us within one week (7 days) of delivery.

  13. Do you deliver outside India?

     Not at this point of time.
